API-Specific Addendum

Supplement to the PrimeTracers Privacy Policy (Effective January 1, 2026)

Applies to: data.primetracers.com API and all API-enabled services

Purpose of This Addendum

This API-Specific Privacy Policy Addendum ("Addendum") supplements the PrimeTracers Privacy Policy available at app.primetracers.com/privacy-policy. It describes how PrimeTracers collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with its Data API ("API"), available at data.primetracers.com. In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the main Privacy Policy, this Addendum controls with respect to API-related data processing.

1. Who This Addendum Applies To

This Addendum applies to two distinct groups:

API Clients — Businesses, developers, agencies, real estate firms, mortgage companies, marketing firms, proptech developers, and other entities that register for and use the PrimeTracers API.

Data Subjects / Consumers — Natural persons whose personal information (contact data, property data, demographic data, etc.) is processed through the API as part of enrichment deliveries. These individuals may not have interacted directly with PrimeTracers.

2. Data Collected from API Clients

When you register for and use the API, PrimeTracers collects the following categories of information:

3. Consumer Data Processed Through the API

3.1 Categories of Consumer Data

3.2 Sources of Consumer Data

Consumer data delivered through the API is compiled by PrimeTracers from publicly available government and property records and commercial data pipelines maintained by PrimeTracers.

3.3 PrimeTracers' Role

With respect to consumer data processed through the API, PrimeTracers acts as a data intermediary: it receives inputs from API clients, queries its proprietary data network, and returns enriched data outputs. API clients are responsible for their own use of consumer data received through the API.

4. How Consumer Data Is Used Within the API

PrimeTracers does not use consumer data delivered through the API for its own advertising or marketing campaigns directed at those consumers.

5. Consumer Rights and Opt-Out

Consumers whose personal information may be included in PrimeTracers' data network have the right to request suppression of their information from delivery through the API. To submit a request, email [email protected] with subject line OPT-OUT. Include your full name, email address(es), current and prior street addresses, phone number(s), and date of birth if available.

6. FCRA Disclaimer

THE PRIMETRACERS API IS NOT A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY AS DEFINED BY THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT (FCRA). DATA DELIVERED THROUGH THE API IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE AS A CONSUMER REPORT. API CLIENTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THEIR USE OF DATA COMPLIES WITH THE FCRA AND ANY APPLICABLE STATE CONSUMER REPORTING LAWS.

7. Data Retention

PrimeTracers retains API transaction logs for a period generally no longer than twenty-four (24) months from the date of the transaction. PrimeTracers does not retain full consumer data payloads beyond the transaction lifecycle.

8. Security of API Data

PrimeTracers implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures including encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS), API key authentication, usage monitoring, and internal access controls.

9. Data Accuracy and Correction Requests

Consumers who believe their personal information is inaccurate may submit a correction request to [email protected].

10. Do-Not-Sell / Do-Not-Share — API Suppression

Consumers may request suppression of their information from delivery through the PrimeTracers API by emailing [email protected] with subject line OPT-OUT.
